Business Support Administrator

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic administrator for a permanent part-time role, 30 hours per week, worked Monday-Friday, days to be agreed.

The role includes providing administration support to the Immunisation team, to deliver the Flu vaccination programme in schools. The ability to travel between sites is essential.

On completion of the Flu programme, the candidate will provide administration support within the Child and Families service in Portsmouth and the surrounding areas.

The successful applicant will carry out a range of administration tasks; answering telephone queries, arranging appointments and using the clinical records system accurately and efficiently.

This is an important role within the team as you may be the first point of contact with clients, so an excellent approach to customer service is essential.

Previous clerical experience is desirable, preferably working with members of the public, ideally in a health care environment. Knowledge of SystmOne is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.

Applicants must have the ability to work in a busy environment and prioritise work, demonstrate initiative and work flexibly, and have good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
