The Role:


This role requires a broad range of skills including the ability to interpret, develop, and execute data-driven action plans, as well as execute projects across global teams while prioritizing and managing internal and external client expectations and deliverables.

To succeed in this role, you must be results-driven, open-minded, solution-focused, determined and resourceful, as well as have the ability and endurance to manage multiple large global key accounts.

As a Global Key Accounts Program Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work with major strategic partners in the fast-paced, online travel-advertising environment.

You will play a critical role within the company through hands-on management of strategic partnerships while maximizing opportunities within each relationship.


Responsibilities:

  • Work crossfunctionally with the Strategic Accounts & Partnerships team, AdOps, Marketing, Sales, and Solutions teams to support our Global Key Accounts in a multitude of ways.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations to drive multichannel adoption and increase the number of hotel properties and brands for partnership.
  • Communicate on the Global Key Account Partnerships internally to ensure all constituents involved in the business are informed on a continual basis and know the rules of engagement.
  • Partner closely with internal teams on daytoday operational processes and larger, highimpact strategic projects to grow the partnerships.
  • Develop and analyze reporting and insights to identify micro and macro trends as well as deliver program performance to the Global Key Accounts.
  • Attend partner conferences and oversee both preconference requirements and onsite visibility.
  • Drive initiatives involving marketing offerings including webinars, ad design, and cosponsored collateral.
  • Responsible for working with internal resources to ensure accurate CRM inputs for complex organizations.
  • Knowledge of contracts and must be comfortable working with Legal department.

What you bring to the table:

  • Experience in Account Management, Online Advertising or experience working with large clients
  • Exceptional written and oral presentation skills
  • An understanding of the hotel/travel landscape
  • Ability to uncover strategic opportunities to grow global accounts
  • Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with Tableau or dashboarding tools
  • Ability to handle multiple projects on any given day
  • Great time management and organizational skills
  • Understanding of the online advertising industry and big data
  • Great with people ability to work with internal and external teams
  • Deep product and marketing understanding as well as operational expertise
