About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Manager with a proven track record in negotiating complex software deals and a deep relationship with HSBC globally. As a Global Strategic Account Director, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers at the global HSBC organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling software solutions across various regions
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and needs assessment to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring alignment with client goals
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or challenges
  • Understand client's business and industry to provide tailored solutions that align with their long-term strategy and operational needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations and ensure successful implementation of solutions
  • Monitor and report on account performance, tracking revenue, customer satisfaction, and other key metrics to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of growing and developing the HSBC relationship
  • Developing excellent relationships internally and externally and success through others
  • Proven connections in the Financial Services sector especially in the retail, commercial, and corporate banking segment
  • Expertise in relationship and consultative selling
  • Ability to gain a deep understanding of a client's business, identifying challenges and opportunities, and positioning solutions to address those needs
