Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Full generalist support covering all aspects of HR administration for the company.
  • Point for HR contact to represent HR function.
  • Full functional support in recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, induction, performance
management system, grievances, redundancies and employee engagement initiatives for

the group companies.

  • Help admin team in developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and
procedures.

  • Help admin team to ensure smooth running of the office and provide general administrative support, as required. This would include managing the travel desk as and when required.
Key Skills and Personal Attributes

  • CIPD Qualified and degree in HRM or equivalent.
- work experience in HR administration.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
  • Strong Communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS office.
  • Resourceful, proactive and ability to take initiative.
  • Strong Work Ethics and commitment to the company
  • Have to be hindi speaking
