Customer Call Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a temporary Customer Support Advisor to support our client with a 'tracking' project.

The Role:

  • Making outbound calls to existing customers to ensure their details are correct and up to date
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Uploading all information to the CRM database whilst making sure all information is recorded accurately
  • Supporting the team to manage the high volume of outbound calls
  • Reporting findings to the Customer Service Manger
  • Booking in appointments
  • Sending out letters

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to use your own initiative and work as part of a team
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and in a busy office environment

Details:

  • Hourly Rate £10.42 per hour, plus holiday accrual pay
  • Duration: ASAP for 3 months will a possibility to be extended


 Hours: Monday
  • Friday; initially the hours will be 9.00am 5.00pm they are then likely to alternate between 10:00am 6:00pm or 10.30am 6.30pm you may be required to work some evenings and 1 weekend a month


 Location: Bracknell
  • This role is home based and office based
