Your new roleAs a member of the people team, you will provide a comprehensive HR service for the site. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support the site and cover generalist HR activity whilst also acting as a mentor to the HR Administrator. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to; end to end employee lifecycle, absence & performance management, coaching and advising managers, employee relations, recruitment, payroll, updating and reviewing policies.
What you will need to succeed

Generalist HR experienceManufacturing experience is desirableExcellent communication skillsProactive and flexible approachWhat you will get in returnHybrid working (1 day at home)Mon - Thurs 8am - 5pm Friday finish at 1pm25 days holiday + Bank holidayPension match up to 8%
