Job Title: Operational HR Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operational HR Partner to join our team at Resourcery Group. As an Operational HR Partner, you will play a key role in supporting our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) with their day-to-day HR issues. You will be responsible for managing all Employee Relations (ER) cases, supporting change management initiatives, and coaching and advising management on HR-related matters.

Responsibilities:

* Support the SLT on their day-to-day HR issues
* Manage all ER cases
* Support change management initiatives
* Coach and advise management on HR-related matters
* Implement HR policies and procedures
* Performance management
* Liaise with the Talent Acquisition team
* Report to the Global HR Director
* Data management and reporting

Requirements:

* Experience as a HR Business Partner
* Operationally Generalist
* CIPD L3 +
* Ability to work 4 days on site
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to coach senior stakeholders
