Job description

Main Tasks:

  • General admin tasks.
  • Maintaining customer databases.
  • Processing quotations, orders and invoices.
  • Dealing directly with clients.
  • Taking orders, keeping stock levels.
  • Providing a high level of customer service.
  • Solving any operational problems with the aim of guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
  • Ordering parts necessary for projects.
  • You will be responsible for planning and coordinating as well as organising Installers on small projects.
  • Supporting the (Sales) Project Managers.

Requirements of the Sales Administrator:

  • Strong organisation skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
  • Smart and presentable
  • Confident on the telephone
  • Ability to manage time and workload effectively
  • Good customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly in Excel
  • Strong attention to details
  • Selfdirected, being able to formulate activities and direction, and work independently to deliver results.

Working Hours
Mon - Friday pm

£13.00 per hour
