S & J Synergy are looking for an Office Administrator to join the family run business, the person will be a key member of our office team.


The person we are looking for will have experience in dealing with customers and suppliers on the phone and face to face, they require computer skills In Word, Excel, Power Point etc; we require someone with confidence to liaise with customers on a day to day basis helping clients and supporting their needs.


We are looking for someone who wants to learn and with a vision to understand our business and our customers needs to become a vital key in our business.


You will need to be a quick learner and require excellent verbal and written capabilities, also to be able to work on own initiative.


As well as supporting our clients, in person and over the phone, we require someone with a good administration background to support our office team.


Key tasks of the role are as follows:

  • Greeting customers & visitors signing them into site, offering them tea, coffee etc
  • Answering phones, directing calls, taking messages, taking orders over the phone, making outgoing calls
  • Supplying visitors with the correct PPE before going onto site
  • Keeping the office workspace clean and tidy
  • Reception cover duties
  • Collecting & distributing post
  • Managing and ordering stationary supply
  • Document filing and scanning
  • Assisting all staff in their job roles including directors
  • All other general office administration
Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

A full clean driving licence is preferred but not essential.
