Role Overview:

As an Offshore Administrator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating efficient offshore operations. This includes engaging with various stakeholders, managing documentation, coordinating personnel transfers, overseeing equipment deliveries, and ensuring logistical services run smoothly. Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of GCSE/ 'O' Level qualifications (including English and Maths).
  • GWO + HUET + Chester Step + UK Offshore Medical (or willingness to obtain these certifications).

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in a similar fast-paced administrative role is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the delivery team, which includes managing offshore inventories, timesheets, personnel inquiries, and logistics administration.

Personnel Logistics: Organize travel arrangements, maintain contact directories, and oversee the issuance of PPE and tools.

Additional Duties: Support safety-related initiatives, address finance inquiries, and contribute to data collection and reporting.
