Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Office Angels. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR Department and ensuring the delivery of efficient and compliant HR services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
  • Produce HR-related correspondence, including letters and reports.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, such as creating job adverts and preparing interview packs.
  • Ensure all pre-employment checks are completed and employment contracts are drafted.
  • Provide support in organizing and coordinating training, including mandatory and leadership development programs.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collect and analyze data for staff surveys, reports, and monthly HR reports.
  • Act as a superuser for the HR system, ensuring accurate data and providing support to team members.
  • Deliver a customer-focused and user-friendly service by providing professional advice and assistance.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safeguarding practices.
Requirements
  • Good standard of general education (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
  • Excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
