Our client, Office Angels UK, is looking for a Finance Assistant to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis for a period of up to 3 months. This role offers a fantastic chance for you to make a real difference and contribute to the success of the team.

The Role:

  • Reconciling financial transactions and ensuring document accuracy
  • Maintaining and updating financial records and databases
  • Processing invoices using Xero and obtaining approval
  • Providing general administrative support to the finance team

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a finance or purchase ledger position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly strong Excel skills
  • Familiarity with Xero
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
