As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operations of our site.
This is a part-time position with a Civil Engineering contractor. Experience of working within the construction or civil engineering industry is desirable. Would suit a person with child care commitments.Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role on a Construction Site
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Social Media and Marketing
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
- Professional phone etiquette and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
