Job Overview:

As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operations of our site.

This is a part-time position with a Civil Engineering contractor. Experience of working within the construction or civil engineering industry is desirable. Would suit a person with child care commitments.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role on a Construction Site
  • Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Social Media and Marketing
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
  • Professional phone etiquette and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

£12.44 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
