Office Administrator

Salary:

35 Hour working week

Location:
City Centre

Principle Responsibilities:
-~ Administration duties including incoming and outgoing post; telephone calls, general filing.

~ Assisting technical staff with both corporate and personal insolvency cases.

~ Organising and coordinating business meetings and marketing events.

~ Data input and report generation using Sage and bespoke insolvency practitioner software.

~ Reception duties; meeting and greeting visitors to the office.

Qualifications/Attributes
The ideal candidate would be: -~ Educated to A level or equivalent standard.

~ Have several years' experience of working in an office environment and have good communication skills; accounting or legal services would be advantageous but not essential.

~ Good IT skills and attention to detail.

~ Able to work well both on their own and as part of a team.

~ Excellent training provided.
