Are you looking for your first in-house recruitment role?The Role
The key responsibilities of the role are:
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the talent market within your areas of specialism, working closely with the RBP to understand NRF's talent requirements.
- Provide regular updates on progress against recruitment mandates to the RBP and recruiting managers.
- Produce recruitment status reports for teams with high volume of recruitment.
- Participate in career events on behalf of NRF.
- Develop skills in recruitment advertising, writing recruitment copy for LinkedIn and other advertising platforms.
- Update internal systems with relevant recruitment information.
- Promote inclusive sourcing practices to positively im pact diversity and inclusion through talent acquisition.
- Maintain regular communication with other business services teams involved in the process such as HR and HR Service Delivery.
- Provide cover in the RBPs absence.
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience in either an inhouse recruitment role or recruitment agency is desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure to support the Recruitment Business Partner to deliver a 'best in class' recruitment service.
- Experience of using a document management system or applicant tracking system is desirable.
- Ability to manage own work load and prioritise tasks.
- Ability to work in a high volume, fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- Resilience with the confidence to deliver difficult messages.
- An excellent team player.
