Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team, responsible for leading the recruitment process for our growing business. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and onboarding top talent to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop job specifications
  • Source and assess candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates
Requirements
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and tools
