We provide VIP services to business and private aircraft customers. They land their aircraft with us and we do everything we can to deliver a truly exceptional service ... we don't just aim to please; we aim to exceed all expectations and offer a truly 5-star experience. Our businesses provide specialist on-airport support services, including refueling and ground handling, to the owners and operators of private, business, military, and commercial aircraft.

Your new role:
As the face of Signature Aviation, it is the responsibility of the Customer Operations team to ensure the entire customer experience is delivered to the highest standard from point of reservation through to both crew and passengers being greeted promptly and professionally upon arrival at the FBO. [ES1]
You will be responsible for making customer reservations via Signet, ensuring both Outlook and Signet boxes are checked regularly and requests responded to in a timely manner. You will meet arriving flights and carry out visa / passport checks, relaying this information to UKBF.
You will also liaise with the wider Customer Operations team and other teams to share details of services requested, or information pertinent to each flight, and where required act as a stand in for the Customer Operations Controller.
About you:
You will have experience working within a customer service and / or operations environment, ideally gained 'front of house' and within aviation or hospitality. You will have strong customer service skills, be an excellent communicator, a good listener, and a team player with a passion for providing the highest level of customer experience and service.
You will be self-motivated with strong time management skills, an ability to work accurately under pressure and a calm approach to problem-solving, last-minute changes and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
You will have a checkable fiver-year employment history and a full and clean driving licence. Additional languages would also be an advantage.
