Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Slot Machine Attendant. As a key member of our gaming floor team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
    • Provide a warm and friendly welcome to customers
    • Offer assistance and support to customers on the gaming floor
    • Ensure customers have a great experience on our slot machines and electronic gaming areas
  • Identify Customer Needs
    • Constantly look for new customers and offer a welcoming approach
    • Identify food and beverage requirements and offer proactive support
  • Communicate Promotions and Events
    • Communicate relevant promotional activity and events to customers
    • Share customer feedback with the general manager
  • Be Flexible and Adaptable
    • Work a variety of shifts, including night shifts and weekends
