We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at FirstPort (UK). As a key member of our Property Management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and expert advice to customers through various communication channels, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Work closely with internal departments, including Property Managers, to provide professional and helpful support in line with agreed guidelines and standards.
  • Manage and resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure open communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Accurately categorize and analyze customer interactions to identify areas for service improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer queries.
  • Manage and document customer requests for keys, fobs, and permits, ensuring accurate and secure handling.
  • Process customer payments and maintain accurate records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with GDPR.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a property management or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Proficiency in using IT systems and software, with a strong understanding of data protection and confidentiality.
  • Property management experience is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
