Duties include:

Checking in late arrivals, checking out early departures, dealing with any issues that may arise after the duty manager has left the premises, dealing with guests/customers, and conducting building and security checks.

Shifts begin at 10pm and end at 7am. Hours are based on a 7 day operation, rota of 4 on 4 off rotation, shifts include weekends, bank holiday, Christmas, New Year.

Experience essential in Reception/Night Porter/Security role.
