Job Title: Nights Guest Service Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and welcoming Guest Service Manager to deliver exceptional customer service during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing hotel position and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Check-in and Check-out: Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and lead colleagues on shift, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Security and Safety: Conduct regular security checks and ensure that the hotel is secure and safe for guests.
- Additional Duties: Assist with various tasks as required, including running reports, pulling pints, taking food orders, and checking the security of the hotel.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Availability: Availability to work a mix of midweek and weekend shifts, including nights.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
