At our Chepstow location we have an opportunity for an Office Junior/Office Administrator to join our team and assist in the smooth running of the office.


Reporting to the Finance Manger you will enjoy a challenge, possess a strong attention to detail and gain satisfaction from helping others.


  • Responsibilities & Main Duties_
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with finance tasks.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Qualifications/Experience:_
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation, planning and administration skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Computer literate with strong IT skills: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Ability to work on their own initiative and take responsibility for their own success
  • Able to manage a varied workload, balancing scheduled tasks with requests for assistance from the team, which may have short deadlines.
No experience is necessary for the role, full training will be given.
