Stock and Systems Administrator - Asset Suite 9 Project

To support the stock and systems function across our Hinkley Point operations, we are looking for an experienced Stock and Systems Administrator to join our already established team that is Helping Britain Achieve Net Zero. The role will be based in Bridgwater, TA6 6TS but with travel to other local locations.

The role is required to support the integration of a new system - working closely with the Project Manager. This is a key role that will be a major part in the day to day running & successful delivery of the contract. The successful individual will need to adopt a safety first / zero harm culture to their working environment.

Strong Systems knowledge is essential for the role - in particular Excel and use of Warehouse Management Systems.

The role will report directly to the Project Manager

Salary £28-32,000 (DOE, pa) Monday - Friday, office hours 06:00-18:00 37.5 hour contract, based on site TA6 6TS Access to exclusive benefits app Cycle to work scheme Pension: 5% employee, 3% employer 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Key Responsibilities include:

Deputising for Project Manager as required in their absence Supporting the development of the Stock and Systems function across the contract including processes, practices and procedures Working with the Technical team to ensure that the care and maintenance of equipment is controlled and regulated throughout the storage life, proactively reporting, and updating schedules Ensuring appropriate stock procedures and processes are documented and regularly reviewed to evidence compliance to Licence Conditions Delivering the contractual Key Performance Indicators relating to department targets Coordinating cycle counting disciplines and producing analytical data from the results that identifies trends and recommends corrective action Supporting and leading the system integration of Asset Suite 9 to ensure stock integrity is maintained Reviewing documentation in relation to goods and generating reports to confirm maintenance type and schedule Communicating any systems issues in line with operations system escalation procedure Ensuring physical stock is in line with the system through Inventory Management (Inc cycle counting) Completing investigations for any discrepancies and delivering a loss analysis where required Investigating and resolving any customer, adhoc stock queries in a timely manner (48 hours) Ensure the department operates in line with all company and customer procedures and requirements Ensuring effective communication throughout the operation Creation and production of weekly reports

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Warehouse / distribution within a stock management environment is essential Strong Microsoft Excel use/knowledge is essential and other MS Apps Warehouse Management Systems. Ideally Manhattan WMS although not essential as training will be provided Experience of interpreting and analysing information Confident in the gathering, cleansing & summarising of data for presentation in numerical, graphical or report formats Possess the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team, with proven experience in decision making Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels, happy working as part of a high-performance team
