Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a deputy for the Stock and Systems Manager during their absence.
  • Assisting in the advancement of stock and systems functions, including the development of processes and procedures.
  • Collaborating with the Technical team to oversee the care and maintenance of equipment, ensuring compliance throughout its storage lifecycle.
  • Documenting and regularly reviewing stock procedures to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
  • Meeting contractual Key Performance Indicators associated with departmental objectives.
  • Coordinating cycle counting activities and analyzing data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Communicating system-related issues following operational escalation protocols.
  • Ensuring physical stock aligns with system records through effective Inventory Management.
  • Conducting investigations into discrepancies and resolving customer stock inquiries.
  • Ensuring departmental operations comply with all company and client regulations.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems, preferably Manhattan WMS.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
