About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Team Member. As a key member of our store administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store's administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily store administration tasks, including stock and cash handling
  • Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of administrative processes
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve excellent audit results
  • Provide exceptional customer service from the back and front of house
  • Identify and resolve any administrative issues or discrepancies
  • Take ownership of your development and growth within the company

  • You are a highly organized and accurate individual with excellent attention to detail
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are a team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • You are comfortable using a PC and have a basic understanding of administrative software
  • You are committed to delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations
