Job Summary:

The Office Manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. This role involves managing administrative staff, overseeing office facilities, and providing administrative support to the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the office.
  • Manage office layout, ordering and maintaining office supplies, and ensuring office equipment is in good working order.
  • Implement office policies and procedures.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
  • Prepare and distribute office communications.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of administrative staff.
  • Provide training and guidance to new employees.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
  • Manage petty cash and reconcile accounts.
  • Oversee maintenance of office facilities, including liaising with cleaning and maintenance staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage office space planning and allocation.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Organise travel arrangements for staff and visitors.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or administrative roles.

Skills:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary.

Full-time, Monday to Friday.
