Hours:37 per week (Flexible hours and job-sharing will be considered)

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our team to provide general administrative and technical support including:

  • Handling payment for fees and maintaining and reconciling financial databases.
  • Maintaining databases, running reports, and compiling data for management.
  • Dealing with land search enquiries, working to strict timescales.
  • Booking and coordinating Surveyor's site inspections.


To succeed you'll need to have enthusiasm and be able to plan and prioritise your work activity, plus you'll need to be self-motivated and able to work at times with mínimal supervision.


Our team must work well to very strict deadlines in order to meet legal requirements, so the ability to work well under pressure and a flair for effective time management is essential.


Applicants will need a minimum of GCSE (or equivalent qualification) at Grade C (New Grade 4) in both English and Maths plus a Level 3 Business Administration qualification or demonstrate equivalent experience.
