Key Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of Electricians and provide technical support.
- Collaborate with Suppliers, Clients, and Internal Customers to ensure project success.
- Liaise with Suppliers to secure materials for projects.
- Organize workload effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Conduct Risk Assessments on automatic gates.
- Manage general administration tasks, including RAMS, technical files, and quotations.
- Contribute to business growth by developing new areas, such as Access Control.
- Perform installations and fault finding on gate and access control systems.
Requirements
- Project development and management experience with deadline delivery.
- Team management and supervision skills.
- Strong knowledge of Access Control and Automatic Gates.
- Experience with safety relays or programmable safety controllers.
- Ability to specify control elements in automation.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
