Supporting the Exams Officer with administration and correspondence.

  • Taking telephone calls
  • Maintaining accurate staff, student and facilities records and well organised, comprehensive filing systems, monitoring and recording student absence.
  • Copying, collating and distributing documentation to relevant personnel.
  • Liaising with internal and external students, parents, tutors and suppliers, ensuring that communications are accurate and reflect the ethos of the College.
  • Working closely with the Bursar to record payments, raise invoices and receipts as required and raise payments to suppliers.
  • Updating and maintaining the college website and social media accounts as necessary.
  • Producing letters, invoices and documents for internal and external use.
  • Arrange online meetings and classes
  • Undertaking other tasks as required by the Principal
We are looking for an outgoing confident person to join our team who will have excellent language skills, be educated to degree level and who will possess
- the ability to multi-task while maintaining a close eye to detail
- strong organisational skills
- confidence able to work independently
- an enhanced DBS (we can arrange for this

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 2 months

Salary:
From £1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
