Responsibilities

  • To review and input relevant data onto various databases to meet contractual requirements
  • To provide necessary reports as and when required to other departments of the business
  • To support staff as and when required in general admin duties such as photocopying and answering the telephone
  • Process learner starts to meet contractual deadlines
  • Accurate and timely data entry
  • To input all enrolment and signup information onto the Maytas system
  • Review and accurately input learner documentation and data into eportfolio/ Maytas systems
  • Maintain timely and accurate records
  • Accurately close and store learner records securely
  • Maintain reliable and accurate learner records
  • Filing and general day to day office administration duties as directed
  • Ad Hoc duties as requested from management

Qualifications

Mandatory level qualifications:

  • Grades 94 / A*C in GCSE (or equivalent) English and maths

Desirable level qualifications:

  • Business Admin Level 2

Skills & Experience

  • Previous administration/officebased experience is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent timekeeping skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Someone who can work on own initiative or within a team
  • Ability to follow instruction
  • Must have a really good level of numeracy and communication skills
  • Must have a good understanding of IT packages

Other requirements

  • Full enhanced DBS check
