The Role:


This is a great opportunity for an ambitious business support administrator to join an established team providing IT solutions and services, operating across all industries.


  • To provide business support across all departments
  • Review and comparison of current services invoiced and current contracts to identify quantity upsell opportunities
  • Process orders
  • Attend service review meetings as and when required and offer assistance where applicable with actions identified
  • Create ad hoc reports to assist the sales team, e.g Microsoft licensing overview
  • Review monthly reports from service and pro active to identify trends
  • Create upsell opportunities linked to identified trends
  • Assist in the creation and review of renewal contracts
  • Respond to queries in a prompt and accurate manner
  • Regularly monitor and update ConnectWise including the product catalogue and associated costs of services
