We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • Provision of excellent customer service
  • Coordination of collection and delivery of goods
  • Preparation of Transport and customer documents ensure compliance with standard operating procedure.
  • To adhere to all company health and safety policies and standards of housekeeping
  • Proactively escalates any potential service issue to both immediate management and to the customer.
  • When required, to ensure flexibility within the department to cover colleague's tasks during times of holidays & absence.
  • Investigate routings for the Transport Plan for new / amended customers/destinations
  • Liaising with the operation to ensure stock is despatched correctly
  • Dealing with customer requests to ensure service levels are surpassed
  • Ensuring all administration is up to date and accurate

  • Proven experience within Logistics Industry
  • Proven experience within a customer facing role
  • Communication skills verbal & written
  • Ability to follow work procedure
  • WTD and Drivers hours regulations
  • Ability and Flexibility to work shifts/weekends


National CPC
  • Desirable


MS Office literate
  • Essential
