We are looking to recruit experienced
Healthcare Assistants to work with a team of healthcare professionals within a package of complex care for a _
6-year-old girl_ in the Banbury area with complex healthcare needs.


As a Healthcare Assistant working within this package of care you will be caring and supporting the client within their home from an educational perspective as well as care perspective.

Duties and responsibilities for this Healthcare Assistant role:

  • Assisting with complex and varying care needs.
  • Helping with Assisted therapy
  • Physio body and chest stretch's
  • Supporting educational needs of the client. Manoeuvring and manage the client during sessions including recognising discomfort cues.
  • Helping with rehabilitation programmes as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Complete schools monitoring paperwork

Skills and experience required for this Healthcare Assistant role:

  • Enhanced DBS
  • Full Driving License and access to vehicle
  • Experience of working with Children with varying complex needs
  • Some clinical experience would be very advantageous e.g. Vents experience but all training will be provided.
  • Good communication skills
  • To be able to cope with challenging and difficult situations.
