My Baginton based client is looking for an experienced, stable/yard hand to join them on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • All yard duties i.e. mucking out, turning in and out, rug changing.
  • Field and paddock maintenance.
  • Dealing with clients.
  • Ensuring livestock have adequate feed and water.
  • Other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the yard and stables.
  • Tractor driving experience would be beneficial, but full training can be provided.

You will have gained previous experience within a similar role and be physically fit and capable of carrying out a physically demanding job

You will be confident and comfortable around horses

You will be flexible as this is not a typical 9-5 role

You must be a car driver as this role is in a remote location not accessible by public transport

You will be hardworking, dedicated with excellent time keeping and be willing to get stuck in to ensure the smooth running of the yard.
