Key Responsibilities- Client Portfolio Management: Manage a varied client portfolio, monitoring deadlines and budgets to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Onboarding and Training: Onboard new clients, ensuring best practices are implemented and providing training to junior staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Review bookkeeping and related workpapers prepared by junior staff, review VAT returns, and prepare management accounts to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Relationship Building: Build trusted and long-lasting client relationships, dealing with day-to-day matters effectively and escalating complex queries to senior management.
- Mentorship and Training: Mentor junior staff, including workflow management, reviewing work, and providing training to ensure their professional development.
- Business Development: Support the firm's business development strategies, including networking and identifying new business opportunities.
- Process Improvement: Regularly review processes to implement more efficient ways of service delivery, setting an example as a hands-on and supportive Manager.

What We Offer- Competitive Salary: £50,000 to £70,000 per annum.
