Job Title: Client Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Manager to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients and overseeing the workflow of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including SMEs and owner-managed businesses.
  • Work closely with the Partners to oversee the success of the firm and contribute to the strategic and operational direction.
  • Oversee the workflow for the wider team and take responsibility for the mentoring and coaching of junior staff.
  • Provide basic tax planning and problem-solving services to clients.
  • Represent the firm at client-facing meetings and events.
  • Identify opportunities for the firm and clients and present them to the Partners.
  • Represent the firm at business and networking events.
