Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our Offshore Ops department. As a key member of the Portfolio Management & Delivery team, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating portfolio-wide business activities, promoting commercial standards, and identifying optimization projects to add value to our portfolio of offshore wind farms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate business activities, including business planning, benchmarking, performance reporting, risk management, and insurance.
  • Promote commercial standards at portfolio level, influencing strategy, decision-making, target setting, and prioritization.
  • Be the first point of contact for commercial business processes regarding the operated fleet, fostering commercial thinking and steering of our portfolio.
  • Identify and evaluate optimization projects to maximize portfolio value throughout the asset life.
  • Build positive relationships across regional, central, and site teams, working closely with other departments, particularly Controlling.

Requirements and Experience:

  • University degree in economics, business studies, engineering, finance, or similar.
  • Essential experience in commercial optimization within a relevant operational business, including management of business processes.
  • High motivation to encourage innovation, increase performance, and deliver results.
  • Strategic thinking to create value for the business.
  • Ambition to work in the center of commercial optimization, always looking for improvements and opportunities.
  • Ability to collaborate globally in cross-functional teams.
  • Effective communication skills, including fluency in English.

Advantageous Qualifications:

  • Offshore Wind O&M experience is beneficial.
