Senior Client Manager Job Opportunity

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Manager to join our team in Coventry. As a Senior Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of clients, overseeing workflow, deadlines, and budgets. You will also be responsible for planning and undertaking assignments, striving to deliver service excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage a portfolio of clients, overseeing workflow, deadlines, and budgets
* Plan and undertake assignments, striving to deliver service excellence
* Lead a team of accountants, reviewing work, providing constructive mentorship, and motivating those around you
* Own responsibility of KPIs, including monthly billing forecasts and ensuring fee recovery rates are met
* Contribute to the firm's growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients
* Build trusted and long-lasting client relationships, proactively handling queries
* Review processes and implement more efficient ways of service delivery
* Set an example to junior staff as a hands-on senior manager

**Requirements**

* ACA or ACCA qualified, with demonstrable experience within practice
* AAT qualification desirable
* Experience managing a client portfolio, with a results-driven approach
* Previous experience leading a team, including reviewing work and providing mentorship
* A sound commercial understanding, including forecasting and monitoring fee recovery
* A can-do attitude to problem-solving
* Organised and able to oversee a team's workload effectively
* Excellent communication and advisory skills
* Confident working closely with senior management
* Motivated and able to inspire others
* Collaborative and creative
* Excellent business acumen
