Cybersecurity Infrastructure Specialist

Coventry Building Society is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer Security to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing strategic expertise to ensure effective management of technical and business services for our security tooling.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement, transition, and support security solutions to meet business requirements and IT architectural strategy.
- Develop and maintain technical and standards documentation to ensure a stable and consistent environment.
- Provide high-level technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve production incidents or problems to meet operational IT needs.
- Ensure business-as-usual service is maintained to service and operational level agreements.
- Experience of Agile work practices and tooling, with dedicated hands-on security experience.
- Knowledge of systems management procedures in a large commercial, mission-critical environment, including capacity planning, performance tuning, proactive monitoring, change control, and release procedures.
- Experience of ITIL-based service management framework.
- Strong computer literacy and experience in using Microsoft Office products to create and manage documentation.
