Job Title: Cybersecurity Specialist

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at Galliford Try. As a key member of our Asset Intelligence business, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and efficiency of our critical national infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits and installation tasks across the UK, with potential overnight stays
  • Design and maintain rapid deployment CCTV towers in a workshop environment
  • Install and maintain CCTV and timelapse systems
  • Participate in an on-call rota, including weekend shifts
  • Complete drone pilot training and qualification
  • Conduct drone survey flights for site security assessments
  • Engage with artificial intelligence systems in CCTV projects
  • Interact with customers to identify security needs
  • Manage time efficiently to meet contractual KPIs
  • Ensure all work meets industry standards and health & safety regulations
  • Support the Technology Manager in H&S compliance
  • Participate in daily safety briefings
  • Possess a clean driving license
  • Complete required DBS checks for security work

Requirements:

  • ONC or City & Guilds / NVQ equivalent preferable
  • Experience in electronic security systems
  • Preferred CSCS/ECS cards
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills
  • Adherence to health and safety policies
