These positions are temporary for a span of 12 months (subject to reassessment).

Requirements:

  • Passion and dedication to working in the non-profit sector and collaborating with communities to drive positive transformations
  • Knowledge of asset-based community development, inclusive collaboration, community engagement, co-design, and core project management skills such as resource allocation, effective communication, training design, and impact assessment
  • Determination and a track record of meeting targets in a specified timeframe
  • Ability to effectively manage a varied workload in a dynamic environment
