Responsibilities

Project Planning and Initiation

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables. Identify key stakeholders and secure project approvals. Apply project management methodologies to initiate projects effectively. Project Execution

Contributing to project teams, including matrix working with a wide range of staff. Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule. Address and mitigate project risks and issues promptly. Manage project resources efficiently.
