We are looking for a Client Services Specialist to manage the end-to-end contingent recruitment for our MSP client in the UK, from vacancy qualification through to onboarding new contingent worker.

Administer life cycle for contingent worker from onboarding, extension, and termination including consultation with hiring managers and third-party suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Working in a team of five, you will report to the Client Services Manager
  • You will have previous experience of managing the contingent recruitment using agreed KPIs
  • You will support your colleagues and manager as required
  • You will train hiring managers on the use of VMS to manage their vacancy.
  • You will load and manage all requisitions in VMS.
  • You will qualify the vacancy with the hiring manager and validate the request in line with the market.
  • You will prepare a list of relevant questions for the hiring manager in advance of the supplier intake call as necessary and lead the call.
  • You will provide external insights on specialist recruitment trends for niche vacancies to the client as required.
  • Select the appropriate PSL suppliers to support the recruitment of contingent workers.
  • You will shortlist relevant CVs in VMS for hiring manager vacancies.
  • You will coordinate recruitment activities with suppliers and provide feedback on insights to help educate managers on what is available in the marketplace in relation to their requests for niche roles.
  • You will record the status of each of your vacancies for weekly reporting.
  • Support and train contingent workers if they have any issues with entering their time and or expense into VMS.
  • You will conduct all onboarding, compliance / document requirements for new contingent workers.
  • You will use the BI data to identify any areas for improvement to our service offering.
  • You will help resolve queries for hiring managers, contingent workers, or team members, or escalate to your manager, as necessary.
  • Maintain supplier scorecard information and conduct periodic review meetings.
  • Host training sessions with new suppliers and keep current suppliers up to date with any changes within CXC/Boeing onboarding changes.
  • Onsite meetings when applicable, or required
  • System / account changes as and when required and requested
  • Client and Supplier contract analysis
  • Meeting KPI / SLA measures and continuous improvements

Skills & Experience

  • You will have experience of using a VMS, useful Beeline.
  • You will have had previous contingent recruitment experience.
  • Using BI to support supplier reviews.
  • Previous experience (two years) working as an MSP vendor management specialist.
  • Languages: English: fluent written and verbal skills, Polish useful.
  • Experience of using MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), useful Visio and be able to analyse BI data to improve timetohire and services to client, suppliers, and colleagues.
