Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a critical role in driving the execution of HR lifecycle activities and supporting the company's Mission, Vision, and Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers to support on people-related topics, including HR tools, processes, and policies.
- Deploy new global policies by engaging stakeholders, communicating, and executing implementation actions within the area of responsibility.
- Support the Head of People EMEA with strategic and organizational change management, driven by key stakeholders in EMEA.
- Ensure best-in-class processes are applied in the business, including Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Staffing Review, Learning and Development, Career and Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, Organizational Development, and Change Management.
- Responsible for candidate selection and driving the onboarding process to ensure smooth and quick integration to the company for all levels below senior department heads.
- Work closely with the business in the annual budgeting and forecasting process of headcounts and personnel costs.
- Ensure Belkin Values and Principles, as well as the Code of Conduct, are adhered to at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Fluency in Dutch is a plus, but good English is a must. Any other European language is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive, accurate, and a hands-on approach.
- Understanding of Payroll operations as it pertains to the HR partnership is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, combined with good MS Excel knowledge, very accurate and precise.
- Understanding of the legalities of Dutch employment law in relation to employee employment rights and how to apply them within day-to-day work, company policy documentation, and staff welfare is a plus but can be learned on the job.
- Strong administrative skills, including payroll and benefits administration.
- Experience with Workday (HRIS) is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently, flexible, and problem-solving skills.
- Approachable personality with a customer/service focus.
- Well-organized with excellent planning and presentation skills.
