Commercial Finance Manager

My client is a well established Warwickshire based business who are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager on a permanent basis.

This is a great time to join the business in this newly created role as they look to strengthen the finance team and the capabilities therein.

You will have a solid financial background and will be comfortable in dealing with differing accounting policies, ensuring that financial matters are explained effectively to non-finance colleagues.


Responsibilities will include:
Ensuring month end accounts are prepared in accordance with group policies
Reviewing and analysing monthly results
Lead on the balance sheet reconciliations to ensure all ledgers are reconciled
Ad hoc projects

The ability to communicate financial information to non-finance colleagues will be of utmost importance and you will need to use your softer skills to make necessary changes, ensuring these are fully understood.

This role will be heavily focussed on businesspartnering.
My client is offering hybrid working (3 days a week in the office).

To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and will be looking for a role in a business where your commercial skills will be further developed.
