We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our Finance team at Godiva Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading key activities within the business, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting results into Onestream for the Godiva group.

The role will support the development of reporting out of the operating system using BI reporting and Onestream, and other systems. The reports will provide information on the performance of the business, and the role will be responsible for reporting this information in line with IDEX policies and supporting the Financial Controller and other departments in reviewing and implementing changes where necessary to improve processes.

The role will play a key part in various project work to support the IDEX operating model within Godiva. Alongside the primary financial activities, the role includes the activity of Godiva Pension Trustee, ensuring the running and reporting of information related to the Godiva Ltd scheme is compliant and accurate.

Daily management of the Finance team, including coaching and development, will be a key responsibility. This will include daily HR matters, regular 1:1s, and performance reviews. The role will also be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts for Godiva Group and producing management information to support the monthly business review (MBR).

The successful candidate will have a qualified accountant (CIMA or ACCA) and/or 5 years of accounting experience. They will also have a good understanding of management accounts and be able to develop and build out commercial reporting into IDEX BI reports.
