Job Title: Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team at Godiva Limited. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business performance and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting results for the Godiva group.
  • Develop and implement reporting solutions using BI reporting and Onestream.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Manage the Finance team, including coaching and development.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts for Godiva Group.
  • Produce management information to support the Monthly Business Review (MBR).
  • Develop and build out commercial reporting into IDEX BI reports.
  • Improve reporting efficiency through ad-hoc reporting from One Stream.
  • Prepare and approve balance sheet accounts.
  • Own statutory accounts for all Godiva Group accounts, including tax packs.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA or ACCA) or 5 years of accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of management accounts and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
