Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Godiva Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading key financial activities, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting results, as well as developing and implementing reporting solutions using BI reporting and Onestream.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including monthly management accounts and statutory accounts, to ensure accuracy and compliance with IDEX policies.
  • Develop and maintain commercial reporting solutions, including PBIT walk analysis and expenditure variances, to support business decision-making.
  • Manage the Finance team, including coaching and development, to ensure effective performance and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Controller and other departments to review and implement changes to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
  • Ensure the running and reporting of information related to the Godiva Ltd pension scheme is compliant and accurate.
Requirements
  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA or ACCA) or 5 years of accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of management accounts and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
