This role would suit a technically strong, ACA qualified Accountant lookingto make their first move into industry.
This hire will be an integral position within the Reporting Team and will play a key role in the continued growth of the company

What you'll be doing:

  • Prepare/review statutory financial statements for both individual entities and consolidations compliant with FRS 101/102 and IFRS
  • Key contact for external auditors, responding to queries and providing supporting schedules where necessary
  • Prepare workings and supporting papers for technical accounting issues and transactions
  • Prepare information and analysis required by tax advisors
  • Assist with preparation of debt compliance reporting for external loan facilities, closely monitoring covenant compliance and headroom
  • Prepare reporting packs for investors and respond to ad hoc investor queries
  • Respond to ad hoc requests to support Assistant Group Finance Controller and wider Financial Accounting & Reporting team.

What you'll be/have:

  • Fully qualified accountant
  • University degree (minimum 2:1)
  • Audit background
