An exciting opportunity is now available for a Project Coordinator (Planner/Scheduler) to become a part of our client's dynamic team. As a Project Coordinator, you will have the unique opportunity to manage and coordinate the schedules and timelines of our tradesmen, ensuring timely and within budget completion of all projects to meet our clients' satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain tradesmen's schedules and timelines
  • Monitor progress against schedules and provide updates to management and project teams.
  • Identify and analyze potential scheduling conflicts, and devise solutions to address them.
  • Collaborate with project teams to guarantee the availability of essential resources as required.
  • Keep clients and stakeholders informed about project timelines and advancements.
  • Contribute to the formulation of project budgets and cost projections.
